Description of the workshop

 

Target audience :

managers, members of the Executive Committee, HR and operational teams

In-person for groups of 8 to 16 participants.

  • Presentation of objectives and supportive framework
  • Successive distribution of 41 concept cards
  • Mini-games of appropriation
  • Collective construction of a dynamic diagram representing the links between causes, effects and levers of action
  • Animated debrief to illustrate and record learning
